This is what the expert of shadows in the US had to say on the matter
"Someone would have to walk infront of the light for a shadow to be there, and theres obviously no-one walking in front of it. And as something moves further away from light, the shadow changes its shape, and the 'ghost' didnt change any shape. Just stayed in Jacksons form. If it is a shadow, it would be much darker and against the wall, but you can see colour in this, and it nowhere near touching the wall."
Interessting hmmm.....
