Yeah. So I went a bit nuts with the inFamous trophy thing and overeacted.

I switched to Hard mode on the options as soon as the new game started.... I did get the trophy for beating the game on hard mode. If you switch to Hard mode as soon as you gain control of Cole then you will get the trophy. If you play for a while and then switch to hard then you wont get it.
