@Dodece - good points, but what if its not so much him procrastinating on stuff he wants to do, but stuff she wants him to do? What if she wants to go shopping at the mall, and he's putting it off? It's hard to say exactly how much give and take there is in the relationship. It is possible that she's crowding/smothering him, but there's not enough information about each of the two peoples' personalities here.
