Plus if you're Level 99, Safer Sephiroth will be at it's utmost strength, so the game actually compels you to be at the highest level possible. |
Really? I didn't know that! But then again at level 99, all my characters have 4x Cut <-> Counter, Master Magic <-> All , Master Summon, Final Attack <-> Life or Phoenix. Sephiroth doesn't put up much of a fight against that.
