Ah well, we've all known since launch both HD consoles are pretty much on par graphics-wise. It just depends on the budget, the artstyle, the developer and all that stuff the OP mentioned.

I mean, look what Factor 5 did on GameCube with their Rogue Squadron games, those actually look better than a lot of HD games released for PS3/360.
