I can't get into FIFA because of the more arcady feel, the only mode that I really liked in the last two FIFA's was Be a Pro, because it was really well done, and made you feel like you were actually a player. Good point and I am inlined to agree with you it really seems to be down to a personal preference rather than one being significantly better than the other (although i will admit PES had much better gameplay in the earlys). Regardless I think its time for konami to build an entirely new engine otherwise its gonna get left behind eventually. I still don't think they are using any of the new features of the HD consoles other than a resolution jump.
By the way will konami have enough money/resources for a new engine?
