No thats not a sequel, Rare didn't develop the game. EA took the license and made it themselves, which in my opinion not Rare work.

other companies can make sequels and indirect sequel. Look at Call of Duty. 2 different devs, same publisher, same license. Its just the opposite of that, kind of. Same license, 2 different publishers and devs.


 

Again and Brain BoxLTD I wasn't the idiot that said GoldenEye: Rogue Agent was a sequel it was this dude right here that said it is. Thats a HUGE different scernario. Rare made the game it was good. Call of Duty made several sequels with other developers it was good. Goldeneye was meant to be with Rare cause they made Goldeneye tight.

 no actually the 007 license flipped around to many times. Activition has it now. But UbiSoft, EA, Rare, and a few others had the license, its called a movie based franchise. A half way decent one too (as a whole GoldenEye being the best ever made in gaming history) .
