Company offers to loan you 50 million to develop DLC for a series that is a 10+mill seller. How stupid of a business owner/manager do you have to be to say no to that??

Ok so they get no extra cash for doing it for one platform instead of two and yet there not stupid? MS paid them simple as.

I misread your original statement...the money was exchanged the year before (http://www.wired.com/gamelife/2007/06/take_two_gets_5/) gta was released. rockstar was scrapping for cash then.
