So this article states, that one sailor was stuck between the teeth and was rescued shortly after that.

The other story is about a guy, who survived for one day got away with acid burned skin and then the last paragraph states, that this is often taken as an early urban legend.

So that's what you call knowing about biology and the basic history of the thing? I'm now fairly impressed.

No those are examples... but if you'd actually read the rest of the article you'd see that it is possible.
