Since when is debateing stupid? I guess he could just be (not in the mood) to say why. But, I love to debate over games. I think it could just be a case of that.

Meh. I myself find it enjoyable. Luckly so do some of my friends. If it is some big hostile crap then ya, it is silly.Plus, ya know, it could change your opinion or theirs.

I can see where you're coming from. I really really enjoy debating even over opinions every now and again. Really, like you in a way said, it's debating over the reasons behind the opinions. It's pointless to get angry though while debating over opinions.
