I think most people are aware of the examples that have been flying about as of late, so I really don't want to get into that since it will only start problems. So I will just say I am far less likely to purchase from a company that lies and hides information from their customers. If you want to extrapolate that and apply it to a given console thats on you, that is a generic statement of sentiment and one I would hope all consumers share.



What I highlighted in bold is wrong. Driver 3 was in production since the begining of PS2 and it released what sometime in 2006. That game got horrible reivews. So it sucks to wait, but it means thta the game is going to be awful in the long run.
