How long do you play a game before you realize you dont like it?

hmm.. I realized that Ôkami wasn't really my cup of tea after I killed Orochi the first time and the game still went on ... well, I finished it though

I gave up on Oblivion after 10-15h, WoW 15-18h, Half-Life 2 6-8h
