IMO 4x3x3 is the way football should always be played. It makes for a fast, fluid game, and it doesn't take away much from defense if your wingers go down and do some defensive work as well. Barcelona used this strategy almost through all this season, and look at what they've accomplished at the same time while playing some really good footbal =D
