Yeah, actually Gutierrez is my SA and Ruskin with Odonkor are in my wings (I always play 4x3x3, except when i get a tough 4x5x1 opponent team, then i switch to 3x5x2). Ordaz is a decent default, but lacks balance, he gets knocked down even with a tiny breeze.
I was lucky to get Anderson and Nani in a Loan to the end of my first season in First Division, so I can hold on the middle field and make good passes to my forwards, otherwise the AI is just brutal in Top Player, they gun you down with zone defense way too fast.
