There are three separate XP amounts in the game; one for Competitive, one for Co-op (although you have three different classes that each have their own levels) and a total XP that encompasses all three game modes (Competitive, Co-op and the Single Player). The overall rank that uses all three game modes is that one required for the Lieutenant trophy (level 31).
