Castle Crashers did have an epic soundtrack. I also agree with whoever said GTA Vice City, the sheer quantity of awesome 80s goodness was hard to even cope with, I'd find myself spending half my playtime driving around the block by a mission start because I wanted to listen to whatever was on the radio.
As game themes go, the Zelda series takes it IMO.
