So the media is biased. That totally explain how Galaxy, Brawl, and Sports made so many top lists. You know the media being biased against Nintendo and all. Speaking to a bias against super casual games perhaps, but those aren't really incredibly popular with gamers are they? Nintendo doesn't have a game on the list, because Nintendo doesn't have one of its high end exclusives on the horizon. They just have their super casual fare.

Were Nintendo releasing a Zelda, a Mario, a Brawl, a Kart, a Starfox, a Pilotwings, a Fzero, and so forth of a high quality this holiday season. Yes a Nintendo game would be on that list, but that is not what Nintendo is releasing this year. This is all crying fowl for no other reason then covering the ass of Nintendo.

There is no bias. The Wii is simply not getting a seriously epic game this year. So how can they be in a top five. That would be artificial and dishonest. Next year maybe, but Nintendo just does not have anything stellar on tap for this year. Hell in its first year the PS3 was much the same way. Uncharted was such an unknown property it rarely made the lists.

Nintendo is releasing a Mario game in the main series (New Super Mario Bros. Wii).

The thing is, AAG stated that these were the top five games on everybody's list, but Nintendo has two games that are probably on more peoples minds than any other game: Wii Sports Resort and New Super Mario Bros. Wii.  These two games will be/are bigger than all of the games listed (with the possible exeption of MW 2).
