2) This game is tough if you don't think about what you're doing. A few times I became overconfident and thought I was strong enough to walk into a fight and just start laying the smack down and I got whooped each time. You don't really have to think about what you're doing, but running into a battle and just blasting is going to get you killed. You have to stand back and pick off some of the near by enemies and you have to surprise them by coming from above if you want to survive. I've never felt the game has killed me through being cheap, only through my overconfidence. I can think of nearly dying courtesy of the super incredible enemies who never seem to miss when I'm climbing a building. That's a minor issue though; I do like the combat in this game.

4) The story. I'm pretty intrigued, which is all you can really expect 3 hours in. I'm liking the story arc with that hallucinations boss (the "woman" that's trying to seduce cole or whatever she's doing). Those hallucination bits with the giant reapers is cool. The story is so freaking amazing! I'm such a fan; beat it as good and evil and I am so excited for the next game; I can't wait to know what happens next! You definitely need to play through as good and evil to get the full experience for the game; there are enough differences to make it worthwhile.

6) Powers. The powers obviously aren't varied in the sense that they are all electrical based, but suckerpunch has come up with a few great ideas. I've found all of the ones I've acquired so far (except for the absorb ability because I'm trying to play the hero) to be useful in the right moments. Hopefully the future powers I unlock won't make my current runs obsolete. I found myself using all my powers all the time. The later ones just help make bigger booms and take out more guys, but use more power. Each power that you have is great for certain scenarios, and not so great for others.

7)Atmosphere. Like I said in graphics, the city feels alive and it really adds to the game, because it makes you feel like you're making a difference. Also the reaction of inhabitants also adds to the feeling of change as well. The city has it's own style and because of the that the game feels like it has a "soul". Yes! Someone who agrees! I love how this works; the city gets cleaner if you're good and people come up to you and cheer you on, and if you're evil, the city remains in ruins and people will throw rocks at you and insult you... It's the simple things that really make Empire City feel so alive.

8) I'm liking the "looking for shards" thing this game is doing. I hated AC's flags not because it meant absolutely nothing on the PS3 version (I had a 360 back then) but because I didn't care about the achievements. At least with Infamous, you're getting it to extend your electrical meter. Only up to a certain amount. (I think it's probably around the 300/350 mark). After that, you'll just be looking to get the last trophy. I definitely like them more than the flags in AC; never even bothered to find even close to all of those.

9) I LOVE the train tracks. It's very spiderman-like when peter parker saves the train full of people, but I really like how the train line basically connects the entire city. Aside from being a nifty addition, it also helps me in that I don't need to open the map all the time. All I do is look at the map, figure out which part of the train line to get on and off at and then look at the map when I reach that point. The train lines really enhance the experience in that way. Oh, the train is great! I do the same thing; it makes traveling around the city so much easier. Plus, it's really cool looking and I actually find it enjoyable.

So yeah, 3 hours into InFamous and I am LOVING IT. Like I said, most fun I've had with a 2009 PS3 game all year. It's trully brilliant. I've yet to run into a the game ending bugs that some of the other users have mentioned, so hopefully I don't run into any at all. I haven't seen any either, after beating the entire game four times. Four times. So it can't be everyone that's getting these; maybe you're one of the lucky ones like me. =D

I'm a huge inFamous fan; it's right up there with R&C for me. Even with all of the problems the game does have, I found it to be incredibly satisfying and one of the best purchases I've made in a LONG time. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions about the game, if you want to just speculate on what happens, etc. I have a review for the game, and a trophy guide in my sig if you're interested as well.

EDIT: Also, to prove that I'm an inFamous fan, I feel that I should say that while I typed this post, I was listening to the inFamous soundtrack on itunes. Yeah, I bought it; totally worth it imo. (I'm also a loser who has 100% trophies in the game!)
