I adore hair the most on a girl, especially redheads/gingers. I dated this one girl who had luscious and lusterious (shiny) red hair. Whenever I hugged her and spent time with her, I would bury my head in her hair. She used some sort of shampoo or conditioner that had a scent of thick roses. I also am attracted to freckles. The same girl had freckles all over her, and to go by that Ginger Kids episode of South Park, her freckles were indeed kisses by an angel <3 I miss her... 
Then the eyes...I love the rare 'peacock-colored eyes;' they start out as brown in the middle, fade to green and then to blue. I find green eyes alluring, followed by blue then brown.
But the first thing I WANT to notice with a girl is not really their appearance, but personality. Like Trashleg said, "beauty is only skin deep," and she's right. A rose can look beautiful, but every rose has its thorns... I've met some beautiful girls before but they were either mean to me or down-right rude. But the apperance can be a plus if the girl has the personality, which is what I currently looking for in a girl.
