If I wanted to play Madden 2010 (and I don't) and my options were PS3 or 360, the 360 is cheaper. Why do these comparisons always toss in all of these luxury items and claim they're necessity?
I own a PS3 and a 360. It is what it is. Why not add PC for internet viewing and the price of a stand alone Blu-Ray player to the cost of a 360? In my particular situation, with the PS3, I'm being charged for features I DON'T USE. My last Blu-Ray was The Dark Knight, last year. I my consoles are 3 feet from my router so only my Wii uses Wi-Fi (only because I don't have any other option). I'd rather pay money for the features I want, rather than be forced to pay outright for features I don't use.
PS3 rocks. The 360 rocks. At the end of the day, the purpose of these comparisons is to make one group feel superior to another. There is no loser or winner here.
