Resistance was a great game ,a very good story ,good design ,very long and superbly executed one player campaign ,a great 32 player online mode that is virtually perfect ,massive scenarios with a lot of charachters on screen at once and very good phisics ....it had to compete at the moment of the release with the ultra-shiny graphics of Gears of War that overshadowed it (Gow is mostly in closed spaces and with far less characters and objects on screen than Resistance ) because mainly textures but it wasnt the worst game of the two .
