Aye, I got the "VIP Members only" ad where it requires you to click it to move on. I just simply used the back histtory button to get out of it, though. :)
OT: Now, if only they could've included LBP, it really would be the best bundle ever. I guess I'm being picky, though, so I'll just say that this is indeed an incredibly kick-ass bundle!
