2012 to 2013. I believe it's very clear that both PS3 and 360 are going to see lifecycle extensions on the back of Natal/Wand, etc. Plus the economy means that the cycle should extend as well.
They are both powerful and games are still getting better and better on them. Plus I feel that the big developers are making it clear they do not want another hike in development costs of big titles anytime soon - which means they do not want more powerful consoles released for a while yet.
Nintendo might come out with a new console before then but I doubt it. Unless sales really collapse (and let's face it, an extended dip in Japan aside) the WW sales are more than enough to justify having the Wii on the market for years yet.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
