I hadn't heard of that game. But after looking it up it looks like just another shooter using the Unreal Engine. Doubt they'd be changing the release date because of a generic shooter, the two games are so different.
I heard a rumour that they announced at E3 that they found a bug in Fat Princess and they need time to deal with it. But it could just be code for "problems involving the ESRB"
