I would like it to go on forever, but it wont. As more years go by, the people who got the first Final Fantasy games get older and less interested in video games. A player cant just start the series at the 24th game and like it. Also as you will see, the Final Fantasy games wont be selling as much this generation and possibly next generation and so-on. One last thing is that its not exclusive to PlayStation anymore, which means alot of fanboys wont be getting or supporting it.
