Yeah Stof, i too don't get what was your beef with the homing attack, since you can improve it quite early in the game. As for Time break you can upgrade that too to move more smooth. If all those moves were unlocked as default controlls, it would have been a very easy and quick to complete game.
- The music is cheesy but it's nice to see a game with an original singing OST. (plus the ending song is beautiful.)
- Japanese is the language to choose, it's not the game's fault that Sonic X anime got that snotty voice for the USA dub. They practically enforced that voice to the games.
Backtracking with the remote was very clumsy indeed. The backflip helped things though.
The game is on the right track to a proper 3d Sonic game, and i wish too for a sequel. The arabian nights backstory was a bit out of place for sonic, but the game overall was very rewarding for me. And it looks stunning when going to full speed through the levels.
