I agree. Often a woman is wearing clothes on her chest, in which case I'm sure it is those that he sees first.

Ya know what, now that you guys mention it. I do notice if a person is wearing clothing first before everything else. Heck, if someone was running around naked I would be sure to notice that before everything else about someone. Funny how that works.
