If you wish to ask which is the best gaming console, then it is not valid to only allow 2 options, clearly a large proportion of the population would then be left unable to vote for the console they want to. If you are simply curious as to which of the 2 named consoles is prefered, you must replace the word 'best' with 'better', such that it reads.
"Which console provides the better gaming experience, PS3 or X360?"
