I would agree about wanting more research and information. After geology and astronomy classes, science is interesting in that what everybody thought was right can be proven wrong as more information becomes available. So while I think that we could try to have less of an impact on the environment by continuing to watch what we do and clean up the environment that's already been affected by stuff like pollution for example, I'm skeptical about jumping on board with the fear mongering (though I'm not saying that changes in climate aren't real, because that would be stupid to say).
