I know plenty 25/35 years olds that will buy PS3 at a cheepr price. 400/500 is just tom much at this time. 360 is already cheepest by alot and it failing quite bad by struggling to out sale a much pricer product. At 200 less 360 holds a small sales advantage, at 150 it might not even exist. Can't escape that.

It's not failing.....
It's been outselling the PS3 by a steady 15-20% since the holidays. And the top selling SKU is the Pro based on the average sale price of $290.
Also, don't forget Natal which will completely shake things up next year as far as the games, price of console bundled with tech, etc.
Obviously Natal will be bundled with new 360's just as the new Sony stuff. So at that point they will either have to increase the price or take a loss and guess which one will probably cost more *cough* purple wands + ps eye *cough*
I know many 18-40 year olds that will buy a 360 at a cheaper price. I also know many PS3 owners who are selling them to get a 360, or purchasing a 360 to go with their PS3. $300 is still too much for the majority of the people out there who haven't boughten into a console yet.
