yup. that sounds about right, at least that the way I see it 
Kind of like part of Epson will be absorbed (assimilated like the Borg...ono!) into SMD and the larger Sony corp
I'd think cheaper - perhaps better - screens on PSP models and phones + other things like medical displays in the medium run
