Martin should be able to coach the skill guys appropriately. He did have a lot of talent in Ottawa, and those teams performed well enough on both sides of the ice.
Their first line (my assumption being Cammelleri/Gomez/Gionta) is a better first line that started last season (Kovalev/Koivu/Tanguay).......albeit at a steeper cost. If they can find a couple of parts to add to their 2nd line, and an experienced 1a/backup type goalie they could maybe have an easier time of making the playoffs, rather than it having to go to the last week of the season.
