First Place by July 2nd 2010: ps3 needs to outsell the wii by 82000 consoles a day (574,000 a week, meaning it has to sell around 800,000 units a week)
First Place by July 2nd 2011: halve the formula, needs to sell around 500,000 a week
First Place by July 2nd 2012: cut to third, needs to sell around 440,000 a week
First Place by July 2nd 2013: quarter it, needs to sell around 390,000 a week
so according to the OP, theres a possibility that the PS3 can do 400% better than it does now and sustain that success over 4 years, giving it the crown it deserves
