This isn't really that much, especially if the cutscenes are properly spaced out. That was the major problem with MGS4. You had 9 hours of cutscenes and basically had cutscene after cutscene with no gameplay in between them and a ridiculous save point in the middle of two adjoining cutscenes. I just don't think Naughty Dog has the same problem with spacing out the story, and I'm fairly sure Uncharted had at least 60 minutes worth of cutscenes anyways, so this isn't a huge leap.
For those thinking twice about getting this game because of this alone, don't worry. I'm sure this will not turn out to be a negative.
