Bullshit, I lived in a Section 9 or 4, or whatever it is, for a while and most of the people had more shit than I did because they received welfare and I didn't. On top of that Section 8 (THAT'S what it is :P) housing people only pay like 100$ a month for rent. Low income housing people probably spend more on goods than those who are barely above poverty line.

My point is that not everyone can afford the wii and 360.  I said the above for basic illustration.  Thats why PS2s still sell well new at $99.  And why some people have not even that.  You only need to read the news or turn on the TV to see that plenty of folks live paycheck to paycheck and that every dollar counts.
