Halo 3 (100%) and COD4 (depends on its legs being cut).
I do wonder if Halo Reach will make it but you never know until you see a games legs, it will be awfully front loaded.
If Natal actually works then it could have a title bundled that would make 10 million too, this is very dependant on the technology working and it being cheap enough to be successful.....
