No. If the owner of a site or his or her representatives don't like what you're saying, they don't have to tolerate it.

Well, i'm talking strictly about this site, as private sites have their own rules. And ponder what i meant, that freedom of speech is always around as long as it does not abuse the law. So basically i also meant inner regulations of net sites.

This is a private site, abusing the law or not doesnt matter, they can ban whoever they want.
