Well, from a business standpoint it doesn't make a lot of sense to send a PS3 with wireless features and an ethernet cord to say south africa. But hey, I'm just blunt like that.

Stating, "I'm just blunt like that" adds zero validity do anything you say. At any rate, the video game markets NA, Japan, Europe, Pal, all have high concentration of broadband. I'm pretty South Africa is not the issue.
