For all we know (from your shots), Turn 10 merely shorted the terrain/tracks and used the resources to improve the cars, rather than upping the bar overall.

LOL.  The terrain is one of the biggest things that have improved.

Yeah, lets see a race in the mountains.  Not just one thing or the other.  I might actually pick up Forza 3, if I like it.
