What video game character has the best looking clothes?

Genesis and Vincent fail.

Guys in a lot of games like those posted above suffer from the TMB Syndrome, that is--Too Many Belts Syndrome. There was one character/outfit I saw that had upwards of 30 belt-buckles. Truly insane stuff.
