Can the Xbox 360 sell > 13M consoles for 2009 and crack 40M before 2010?

It's because splinter cell has always done A LOT better on microsoft's platforms than any other platform.  Look the sales history of the series and the xbox editions have always sold the most.  The ps3 version of double agent, the last splinter cell game, comepletely bombed.  So going exclusive is probably a good way to keep costs down while still making a game that can deliver on it's sales potential.

Yes the Splinter Cell series is Microsofts stealth games.
