It has evolved.  Going back to Blue after Platinum is like eating 5 month old bread while trying to ride a unicycle and juggling chainsaws up Mount. Everest.

In short, enjoy new bread.. stop remenscencing over old bread.
(Or maybe ditching the chainsaw juggling ride to Everest Peak, that might be a good idea too)

Also, Starcraft's like a wine.  Gets better with age.

See, this is where we devolve into pointless subjectivity, and slap each others finger on our hand-over-hand way to the top of Superior Opinion stick. So why not quit now?

Though I will say, I can play any Pokemon just as easily and addictively as any other. It's all about training the Pokemon. Nothing else--graphics, gadgets, berries, contests--matters in the end. It'll all superfluos. Pokemon is pokemon regardless of the version/generation.
