Yea what would you do with yet more new overpowered equipment at this point anyway?
I'm not sure you can really expect months and months of additional development time for a $10 DLC either.
Fallout 3 has a lot of different ways to play it, with each DLC seeming to cater to a different aspect and thus appealing to different people.
