France, England, Germany, Spain and Italy aren't third world countries.....

I didn't say they were, but there are far more people in the third world.  And they like soccer.  Hence it is the most popular sport on the planet.

Also "soccer" is the fastest growing sport in America. David Beckham must have had a great influence, either that or more Mexians are coming into the US. lol

Of course it is.  When no one likes a sport, any growth in it could be considered "fastest."  If one person likes it, and suddenly 5 more do, that's a 500% growth, whereas if 70 million people like it, and suddenly 5 more do, that growth is insignificant.

Even if you keep third world countries out Soccer is far more popular among advanced countries than Football which is a US only sport...

Main reason soccer isn't more popular in the US is that it doesn't have breaks every 2 minutes for commercials...(Thank god!).

Heck the number of people watching the superbowl every year is very small compared to the number of people watching the world soccer cup every 4 years...

For all that football is popular in the US by the way, how many people actually play it ? very very few....

There's over 250k french that play soccer in clubs during any given year...
