People need to stop saying JRPGs. Just because you guys only play a couple doesn't mean they're 'dying'. There's literally hundreds of JRPGs this generation. The sheer number of JRPGs on DS, PSP and 360 alone would outnumber many other genres combined. Just the number of games Atlus, SquareEnix and Namco comes out with would cover 50+ titles a year. And that's not counting other companies or the tons of other smaller groups who aren't as big as a Konami or Capcom or Nintendo.
Genres which are 'dying' are such as Simulation games, point and click adventures, flight/space sims, brawlers, etc.
