I'm a Terran Starcraft player and while I rarely tech up to Ghost, I think the unit is really cool. Nothing strikes fear into your opponent more than hearing "Nuclear launch detected".
As for your comic strip, I would have the marine and firebat make fun of/blow off the ghost, make the ghost leave. Then when he's gone, you have them say something like "Ghosts are so lame" and finish the strip with "Nuclear launch detect" and the marine and firebat saying "Ohh shit!"
