Wii attach rate is way below it and yet it sells more 3rd party software than Microsoft would ever dream of achieving with 360.

The hypocracy in this post made me lol.

I think it has a very good chance to with NATAL and all the great games coming out. But we shall see.

you think NATAL will increase attach rate, i can only see it doing that if its is bundled, hell i do not see natal taking off at all unless it is bundled or you get a free year of live with it. 

I see it lowering attach rate, it has custom made games for it (assumption though i hope a control can be used on most of them) and with upper limit of 43 million consoles being out without (Im assuming it will come out in october 2010) it causes a problem. it could kill potential game sales by limiting purchasers, MS needs a trick or two up its sleave to get these out there, most peripherals have terrible attach rates  (its been ages since i read work on it, but in an old issue of EGM think last gen there was work stating that over 10% penitration of a peripheral was fantastic, though that might have been just third party)  

 

I will say this senario would require fewer games coming out using controller control vs natal in the years after natals release, and would be based on the idea all 360s after natals launch would have natal

 

 

Yes, I know it will. That and the "New Xbox360" Do you honestly think NATAL will not be bundled heavily?
