Again, the OP seems to be limiting his mind to the way games are designed now. Full body motion demands a change in the gaming landscape and design of the game. Natal can work how you want. But it's up to devs to design games differently to immerse you more than we could have hoped for.
I see no benefit having a wand. I would prefer if they want a controller alongside the Natal, then use the 360 pad.
Unfortunately you have to think outside the box on this one.
