Well im not so optimistic. I would say DVD is losing sales but Blu Ray isn't picking them all up. I would say digital distribution of media is finally becoming mainstream. There are actually for example more machines capable of doing digital distribution in the living rooms of America than there are Blu Ray players if you combine the Xbox 360 HDD models + PS3, possibly still more without the PS3 as well.
