Aiemond : I disagree. First, Sony is pretty happy with current PS3 sales. PS3 sells the same as the 360 worldwide but it's twice as expansive. Consumers see roughly twice more value in the PS3 right now, so my guess is the price is ok there too.

Second, if your way of thinking was true, Ipod and Iphones would have flopped. Features were poor for them compared to the price. It's all about design for this kind of products. And PSP Go looks a lot like an Iphone.

Sony is not happy with PS3 sales. They say that because it is PR. What do you think they are gonna come out and say "boy it selling like shit, too bad we can't catch the other two consoles."? It went from being market leader to being a third place console. How this can be classified as good by any means I do not know.  As for selling almost as much as MS.....do you remember last gen? This is a total failure, hell this will be in text books.

As for Apple, not only are they very good at marketing but they had a good phone. Ipod had itunes which was pushed heavily. When have we seen Sony do anything resembling good marketing this gen? I will be very suprised if the psp go is anything resembling a sucess. And by sucess I do not mean Sony PR comes out and says how happy they are with sales.
